Program Description
You’ll learn to provide: client-centred care personal grooming and hygiene medical delivery assistance You’ll put your learning into action at 3 different settings. Each practicum builds on skills you learn and your 320 hours of experience in the real world. That includes working full-time and shift work. You’re prepared to be a key member of the health care team. As a grad, you're qualified to work with people who need individual care in: home care long-term care assisted living facilities hospices hospitals and health centres

Full-time undergraduate and post-graduate international students can work anywhere on or off campus without a work permit. The rules around the number of hours a student will be allowed to work may vary based on the country the student chooses to study in.
