Program Description
A rapidly expanding area in sports professions and research, Strength, Conditioning & Rehabilitation focuses on increasing peak performance and reducing injury risk and recovery time. Our Strength, Conditioning and Rehabilitation BSc (Hons) course scored 98% for teaching in the National Student Survey 2023. On this NSCA (National Strength and Conditioning Association) accredited course, we bring together innovative testing, training and rehabilitation programme design principles with their basis in physiology, biomechanics and performance analysis. You’ll develop skills needed to operate as part of a team, and you’ll use those skills in the compulsory placement with one of our many sport organisations and school partners. With our focus on small class and practical learning, your assessments reflect graduate attributes sought by future employers, and for postgraduate study.
