Program Description

The Operations Management program can take your career to new heights. This one-year graduate certificate is designed for university and college graduates looking for a career in operations management. You’ll learn to develop your supervisory skills, and how to manage people by focusing on the global economy and looking at the planning and management of all operations involved in businesses of varying size and complexity. Examining the business from all angles, from the supply chain elements to quality assurance, from purchasing to project planning, you will see the whole picture. Because today's business world is highly automated, you'll learn to use information technology and innovation. Furthermore, the importance of human relations and interpersonal skills will be emphasized. Available in a traditional in-class format with September, January and May admissions. For September 2020, Operations Management is also available online. A common first level with our Supply Chain Management - Logistics graduate program allows you to complete both programs in just three semesters ... that's two graduate certificate credentials in just one year!
