CityU MEd in Leadership degree program will help you become a well-rounded, more effective professional – someone who demonstrates leadership in all parts of the community. What will I learn in this program? Build, Lead, and Mentor teams Develop and Understand Meaningful Curriculum, Pedagogy, and Assessment. Manage Human Resources, Budgets, and Legal Issues Utilize Conflict Resolution Strategies Provide Effective Supervision of Instruction Utilize Educational Technologies With your MEd in Leadership, you will be prepared for employment as either a school-based or an organizational-based administrator/ leader /manager/lead at your school, school jurisdiction, or agency level.
