Program Description
Develop your understanding of core areas of functioning legal knowledge to prepare you for the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE1) and (SQE2). Develop your practical legal skills in each of the necessary legal contexts to become a solicitor. This course is suitable if you're aiming to become a qualified solicitor. It has been carefully designed to refresh your knowledge of core areas of functioning legal knowledge for SQE1 and to help prepare you for the skills assessments that are tested as part of SQE2. As part of this course you’ll undertake core modules designed to advance your skills in Client Interviewing, Property Law and Practice, Wills and Administration of Estates Dispute Resolution, Criminal Litigation, Business Law & Practice and Advocacy. To complete the course you will undertake a Legal Practice Project.
