Program Description
This NSCA-recognised course includes undertaking a detailed needs-analysis of a variety of high performance sports and athletes, implementing testing procedures and designing periodised training and rehabilitation programmes. It’s delivered by a team of expert, UKSCA-accredited staff who are experienced S&C specialists. Early in the course you’ll be supported to undertake the new UKSCA Trainer Award, for which we are a pilot site, and which is a step towards the full UKSCA Accreditation. An industry placement is an option with providers such as Bristol Bears, Worcester Warriors, Gloucestershire County Cricket, Cheltenham Town FC and Kings School, Gloucester.
