Program Description

Pre-Health Sciences Pathway to Certificates and Diplomas is a one-year program that will prepare you for admission to a variety of Health Sciences certificate and diploma programs, including our Practical Nursing (S121) program. You’ll take courses in biology, chemistry, applied math, communications, career readiness preparation and general electives. You’ll also benefit from the support of a pathway specialist who will help you navigate college and create a realistic action plan for the next steps in your education. PLEASE NOTE: If you’re interested in pursuing a three-year advanced diploma or four-year degree program at the college or university level, you should apply to our Pre-Health Sciences Pathway to Advanced Diplomas and Degrees (A108) program.
