Throughout your Psychology degree you will gain insight into how individuals are influenced by environmental and biological factors, and how abnormalities can change one's psychological function. You will have the opportunity to study the breadth of the discipline's core areas and subfields including: Biological, Cognitive-Affective, Individual, Social, Abnormal, Developmental.Our multidisciplinary approach to Psychology allows you to follow either an Arts or Science stream, depending on your academic interests. However, all students graduate the program with the objective tools to develop theories, test them through scientific experimentation, and develop new knowledge through research methods. Many of our faculty are practicing clinical psychologists with a range of expertise such as addiction, eating disorders, and depression. All of our faculty members bring a wealth of real-world experience to our courses and make it possible to immerse students in research opportunities from first year onward.
