Operating Department Practitioners (ODPs) have a vital role within the contemporary perioperative team, working in this exciting and dynamic environment, ODPs require in-depth knowledge and skills in areas such as anatomy and physiology, surgical and anesthetic procedures, legal and ethical issues, and teamwork. Occasional interprofessional education sessions may be delivered from our St Asaph campus with students from various nursing and allied health courses.
