Program Description

The Master of Education in Adult Education and Human Resource Development program prepares graduates for specialized educational roles in organizations involved in training and development, and in adult training institutions. Students learn concepts that help address the complexities faced by organizations in today’s rapidly changing social, technological, and political environments. Students will learn how to successfully plan and manage change, reduce organizational risks, improve organizational functioning, and adopt innovative solutions to organizational challenges. Small class sizes allow for a lot of one-on-one time with professors, excellent mentorship opportunities, as well as networking opportunities. Graduates from this program are positioned to apply for a professional designation as a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR).
