Check My EligibilitySales and Event Coordinator (SEC) is a new and innovative program MITT has developed in partnership with the Manitoba Tourism Education College (MTEC). The successful and long standing cross institutional partnership with the college and sector council benefits students in all areas of training and employment. Although students will receive the MITT credential upon successful completion, the 10 months of occupational specific, career development and technical courses are delivered by MTEC. MTEC's facility is located close to MITT, on Scurfield Blvd. At the end of the program, MTEC will connect eligible students with one of their numerous industry contacts to practice their skills in a 120 hour work practicum. Click here for more information on courses included in the program. Upon successful completion, students will receive a MITT certificate and will have the confidence needed to excel in a fast paced and dynamic environment while building relationships with industry and customers.
