When you study real estate: development & finance at Central Michigan University, you’ll learn the ins and outs of development, investment and management. As the only undergraduate real estate Major in Michigan, you will learn business development, finance and law for property. You'll consider urban planning, investment decisions, debt financing and valuation metrics.
