Program Description
Gain critical thinking skills as you interpret, assess, and use data to study social movements, environmental changes, and political issues. Excel at historical analysis with critical thinking, research and communication skills. Pursue your research interests in Northern Ontario, North American, or European history in either full- or part-time programs. Complete your degree in two years in the thesis stream, or one year in the research essay stream. Think critically about the past and its influence on the present. Collect and study historical documents, interpret, assess, and use the most reliable documents to describe and explain what happened in the past.

Full-time undergraduate and post-graduate international students can work anywhere on or off campus without a work permit.
