Program Description
TWU’s Bachelor of Science with a major in mathematics teaches students mathematics as the language of natural and applied science and technology. Mathematics infuses business, the social sciences, engineering, computing and information sciences requiring students to take both mathematic courses and courses from other disciplines. Students are exposed to a variety of courses in the sub-disciplines of pure and applied mathematics. Classes include calculus, algebra, differential equations, number theory, mathematical physics, numerical methods, statistics, and discrete mathematics.

Full-time undergraduate and post-graduate international students can work anywhere on or off campus without a work permit. The rules around the number of hours a student will be allowed to work may vary based on the country the student chooses to study in.
