Program Description
Students will gain experience of the type of problems encountered by academic and industrial researchers through highly employable modules. Our MSc Electronic and Electrical Engineering course in Chelmsford will ensure you have the latest technology at your fingertips in our new laboratories and you’ll be able to collaborate with other students on innovative projects to hone your skills. Our course covers a number of contemporary topics, including power Conversion Systems, signal processing, renewable systems, holistic modelling of electronic systems and Digital Systems Design using FPGA and VHDL. Building on your previous experience, and with developed practical skills, you’ll leave with the expert knowledge and understanding to practice safely and effectively in a wide range of environments. As well as our 1-year full-time course, there’s the option to study with us for two years and gain valuable experience in Year 2, with a choice of professional experience modules.
