Program Description
Getting into graduate school is hard. We are here to make it a little bit easier. The Masters Preparation Certificate in Education (MPCE) is a post-undergraduate certificate that prepares students for the rigors of graduate study in the field of Education. MPCE courses include a seminar to help navigate the graduate school application process, English test-taking workshops and classes in educational foundations and organizations, Canadian cultural practices, critical thinking, pedagogy and research. These courses improve English language proficiency, increase familiarity with Canadian practices and engage the student in the local community. The international student will be well-prepared to apply to, and succeed in, a graduate program in a Canadian university.
