Environment Chemistry(B.S) Hartwick College

Program Description

Approved by the American Chemical Society’s Committee on Professional Training, Hartwick offers a bachelor of arts in chemistry, a bachelor of science in chemistry, a bachelor of science in biochemistry, and a bachelor of science in environmental chemistry.They do original research (sometimes alongside faculty) and they present their findings at regional and national conferences. For instance, Hartwick students presented at the National Experimental Biology Meeting in Anaheim, CA, and at the American Chemical Society National Meeting in San Francisco, CA. Hartwick environmental chemistry majors get prepared to enter the field, whether in the lab, the field, or further study at top-notch graduate programs in chemistry, medicine, and many more.
