Program Description

The Associate of Arts – English credential provides a comprehensive foundation of courses in the Arts and Sciences program with a literature specialization. This credential requires a total of 60 university credits with 18 credits in first- and second-year English.Learning Outcomes:Demonstrate a breadth and depth of knowledge and skill appropriate to a student entering upper-division English courses. Approach research problems and literary analysis with creative and critical thinking. Analyse and synthesize course material to produce original work. Communicate ideas in oral and written formats.
