Program Description

An overall 60% average through each year is required in the Interdisciplinary Studies Major, any additional elective Interdisciplinary Studies courses taken, and any additional elective courses taken in the disciplinary area. The Interdisciplinary Studies Major consists of 6 FCEs: one (1) FCE of Interdisciplinary Studies courses and five (5) FCEs in the disciplinary area. In Concurrent Education programs at the Primary/Junior level, students must meet and complete requirements of the partnering degree program including all Pre-Professional Program Education requirements (see Concurrent Degree Programs Information for Education requirements). A student registered in a Concurrent Education program must maintain a minimum cumulative average of 65%.
