Program Description

Fanshawe's broadcast journalism program will allow you to hone your skills at Fanshawe’s Broadcast Centre—Canada’s first-ever CRTC-licensed college radio station and the country’s premier broadcasting educational tool. And you’ll get hands-on experience as a content producer for www.1069theX.com creating stories and video and connecting through social media professionally @XFMNews. Our journalism faculty know the broadcast radio and journalism industry inside-out and will share their real-world experience, so you'll graduate with the training you need to make an impact in the highly competitive journalism field.
