Program Description

Nipissing's Post-Baccalaureate Diplomas are two year programs intended for students with a degree outside of business. They enable students to take the knowledge they've learned in other fields and apply it to the business field. In the first year students will take core courses to introduce them to business as a whole, before diving into a more specific area. In the Business Administration Diploma, students will take courses in: Business Communication and Case Analysis, Operations, Financial, and International Management, Change Management and Innovation Leadership, Information Systems, Entrepreneurship.
