PSYCHOLOGY WITH HEALTH BSc (Hons) University College Birmingham (UCB)

Program Description

Our practitioner academics and our regional partners who work in psychology-related fields will equip you to work in a diverse range of jobs or progress to study on one of our applied postgraduate courses. As part of this, you will explore core psychological perspectives to help you better understand human mind and behaviour and develop your reflective skills. Alongside exploring theory in the classroom and its application to contemporary societal challenges, you will also have practical opportunities to develop your research skills in our state-of-the-art psychology lab. Practical work-based learning outside of the University and additional training around mental health are all included in this course, and you will study three bespoke modules exploring contemporary application of theory, to study behaviours relevant to health, healthcare and illness.
