Data analytics is at the core of a multitude of industries, from finance to healthcare, Fortune 500 companies to government and municipal offices.Every sector uses data to inform their business decisions. Apply your knowledge to new products consumers might buy at the store, analyzing climate issues, or predicting who might be the next hit music sensation. Co-curricular on-campus courses in statistics, coding and database concepts give you a strong foundation, while your online courses, based on the University of California at Berkley’s data science offerings, build on that foundation with principles, foundations and techniques of gathering and studying data. In your senior year, your faculty will help you develop your SOAR Capstone project – you could even present your findings at our annual Student Showcase! You’ll be ready to impress employers seeking your exact talents.
