Program Description

You’ll become a well-rounded digital media and web developer able to create innovative media rich web sites. The degree covers a range of technical aspects – HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL and PHP – as well as creative skills such as audio, animation, graphic design and 3D modelling. User experience, mobile games and augmented reality are major themes of the course. You’ll have the option to complete a year-long work placement. Students have worked at Rancon, Montpellier Creative, Athena Web Design and IBM. You’ll also analyse how applications can work within a real-world context by taking exciting field trips.
