Program Description

The Dance Diploma program provide students with high‐level professional training leading to further advanced studies in dance performance, choreography, intermedia work, and/or the development of private studio enterprises which may incorporate all forms of professional training. Classes demand physical strength, technique and discipline. The program is ballet based and provides students with a broad movement vocabulary. The courses are offered under the aegis of Arts Umbrella and will consist of a variety of instructional delivery methods including but not limited to studio classes, lectures, presentations, group work, guest choreographers, arts management sessions, performance technology workshops, instructional media and performances.
