You’ll learn how to develop and manage outstanding customer experiences from industry-experienced staff. You’ll develop essential skills and experience on an international or UK-based work placement and gain opportunities to visit tourist destinations such as Barcelona and Amsterdam on field trips. Our hospitality, event management & tourism courses are ranked 11th UK, and 10th in the UK for career prospects by the Guardian University Guide 2023. You’ll learn how to set up and promote your own hotel or tourism business through specialist enterprise, marketing and operations management modules. Our on-campus business hub, The Growth Hub, will connect you to leading local business expertise with opportunities for work shadowing and working on live business briefs.
