Program Description
You’ll learn how to develop and manage outstanding customer experiences from industry-experienced staff. You’ll develop essential skills and experience on an international or UK-based work placement and gain opportunities to visit tourist destinations such as Barcelona and Amsterdam on field trips. You’ll learn how to set up and promote your own hotel or tourism business through specialist enterprise, marketing and operations management modules.
