Program Description

As a graduate of the Office Administration – Health Services program you support patient relations and effectively handle medical office practices in community health-care and hospital settings. Highlights - Gain practical experience using a simulated clinical management system for patient scheduling, electronic health records, and OHIP billing. Learn to accurately transcribe medical correspondence and reports, including a comprehensive study of anatomy and medical terminology. Practicum experience provides hands-on, experiential learning in the field.
