Program Description

This course provides a pathway to a dynamic and globally relevant career in the construction industry, offering opportunities for professional growth and contributing to sustainable and efficient project management. The course produces graduates with the skills and knowledge of all aspects of construction over the whole life of a building or facility. Graduates will have the ability to analyse and manage projects cost effectively, equating quality and value with individual client needs. The course has been designed in line with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland (SCSI) Accreditation Policy and Process ensuring that it meets a globally recognised standard for surveying education. DkIT will be seeking accreditation for this programme so that graduates may, subject to fulfilling experiential requirements, progress to become a Chartered Quantity Surveyor.
