Program Description

Combine your business diploma with Fanshawe’s diploma in business management and take your leadership and management potential to the next level. With Fanshawe's business management courses, you will develop the necessary critical thinking and analytical skills to make any business a success. Your creativity will be nurtured as you study cutting-edge innovations in the business sector and your visions for sustainable and socially responsible business models will be put to the test in today's evolving economy. While studying in this business management program, you will explore the nuances of strategic planning, leadership principles and practices, and performance management. This program is available in a traditional in-class format with September admission. You may apply for the opportunity to substitute two courses for the intensive community consulting program. This program will further develop your human resources consulting skills as you will work with real business clients. There are options to transfer into the Honours Bachelor of Commerce (Management) degree at Fanshawe. Further details about pathways are available here. You can also be eligible to complete a degree program at many other post-secondary institutions, or complement your advanced business management diploma with a graduate certificate offered at Fanshawe College. As well, you’ll earn all the education credits required for the Certified in Management (CIM) designation from the Canadian Institute of Management.
