Program Description

Computer Science, the crossroad of mathematics, science and engineering is the systematic study of processes that describe and transform information. This study of computing systems and computation results in the knowledge of: Theories for understanding computing systems and methods, Design methodology, algorithms, and tools, Methods of analysis and verification, Knowledge representation and implementation Computer Science has its roots in electrical engineering, logic, mathematics, and linguistics. In the last half-century, computer science has emerged as a distinct discipline and has also developed its own methodology and technical language. Computer science focuses primarily on the fundamentals of computer languages, operation systems, and the mathematics needed for computation.
