Program Description

When thinking about a career, some people wonder, “How can I use my passion for fitness and health to make a living and help others?” The answer might be found in an exercise science career. The field of human performance has grown over the last few decades and can be studied and applied in many different ways. Exercise physiologists, for example, analyze a patient’s medical history to determine the best possible exercise and fitness regimen. These allied-health professionals help patients recover from chronic diseases and improve cardiovascular function, body composition, and flexibility.
